1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We provide Standard Free Shipping to the USA and Canada. In the future, we wish to expand this to other locations as well.
The shipping time may vary from one location to another. However, on average, your order will be delivered between 5 to 7 business days from the day of purchase through our Standard Free Shipping.

2. When will you ship my order?

We request you to allow us 7 business days to process, ship and deliver your order. Through our Standard Free Shipping, your order will reach you within 5-7 business days from the day of purchase (the delivery time may be extended during the busy shopping season).
We will send you the tracking details of the product via email once we ship your order.

4. Is there an option to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 90 days from the original date of delivery and no later. We have an easy cancellation policy in place.
To place a cancellation request, shoot an email to sales@makemyprints.com with your full name and order details. The details must be similar to your order confirmation email.

5. Do you have a return policy?

Yes. We value our customers and the trust they place in us. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with our product, you can place a request for replacement or refund by emailing us on sales@makemyprints.com with your full name and order details. The details must be similar to your order confirmation email.
We offer a ‘No Questions Asked’ refund policy. You can place a return or cancellation request within 90 days from the original date of delivery and no later.

6. I received a damaged product. What should I do?

We take the utmost care and pride in the quality of our product and service. If you have received a damaged product, kindly place your request within the 90 days from the original date of delivery.
Take a few pictures that show the damage to the product and send them in an email to sales@makemyprints.com along with your full name and order details as it appears on the order confirmation mail.

7. What is the size/dimension of your canvas?

We design premium quality canvases that are resistant to dust, UV rays, and scratches. The product reaches you in a ready to hang condition.
Our canvases are available in the following sizes/dimensions:

  • Medium - 24 x 18 inches
  • Large - 40 x 30 inches
