You must place a return request within 90 days from the original date of delivery. Your return request will be automatically canceled if placed after 90 days. Our executive will come to collect the product at the mentioned delivery address within 5-7 business days. Following this, your return will be processed to the original payment source.
You can cancel your order within 90 days from the original date of delivery. To place a cancellation request, write an email to email@example.com with your full name and order details. The details must be similar to your order confirmation email.
After receiving your cancellation request, our delivery executive will collect the product from the location mentioned in the order detail. You must keep the product ready and in an unharmed condition to receive a full refund.
Free Standard Shipping
We provide Standard Free Shipping to the USA and Canada. The shipping time may vary from one location to another. On average, the order will be delivered between 5 to 7 business days (for most locations) from the date of purchase through our Standard Free Shipping. However, we don’t guarantee the exact delivery date.
Free Standard Shipping is available on all our products. We currently ship with Gooten.
It is the customer’s responsibility to furnish us with the correct address details for a successful delivery. In case of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the shipment will be sent back to our facility and additional fees will be levied for the reshipment of the order
We offer tracking services to keep you updated with the delivery status. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email along with the tracking details and expected delivery time.
